1. General provisions
This personal data processing policy has been compiled in accordance with
complies with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" dated 02.07.2019 No. ZRU-547 and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data by Compliance Control LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
This Operator's policy regarding the personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the Operator can receive about visitors to the website on the Internet at https://fintech-forum.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
This Policy applies directly to the Website and to information obtained through it. The Policy does not apply to any other websites and does not apply to third-party websites that may contain a mention of the Website and from which links to the Website may be made, as well as links from the Website to other Internet websites.

2.2. Personal data blocking means temporary personal data processing suspension (unless processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
2.3. Personal data information system means a set of personal data contained in databases, and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
2.4. Depersonalization of personal data means actions that cannot be determined if the personal data belong to a specific User or other subject of personal data, without using additional information;
2.5. Personal data processing means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) taken with automation tools or without them, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarificaton (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.6. Personal data - any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website on the Internet at: https://fintech-forum.com/;
2.7. User – any visitor to the website on the Internet at: https://fintech-forum.com/
2.8. Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain set of persons.
2.9. Dissemination of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite set of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarizing an unlimited set of persons with personal data, including public disclosure of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;
2.10. Destruction of personal data means any actions that result in personal data being irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) result in destruction of the personal data physical media.
3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
- Last name, first name, middle name;
- Company name;
- Position;
- Phone number;
- E-mail address;
4. Purpose of personal data processing
4.1. The purpose of User's personal data processing is to inform the User by sending emails regarding the conference, clarifying the details of participation, etc.
5. Basis of personal data processing
5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if the User fills them in and/or sends through a special "Registration" form located on the Website https://fintech-forum.com/. By filling in the appropriate forms and/or sending his/her personal data to the Operator, the User consents with this Policy.
6. Procedure of collection, storage, transmission, and other types of personal data processing
6.1. Security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing the legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully implement the requirements of the applicable legislation in personal data protection.
6.2. The operator ensures personal data safety and takes all possible measures to prevent access of unauthorized persons to personal data.
6.3. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the excercise of the applicable legislation.
6.4. In case inaccuracies are found in personal data, the User can update it independently, by sending a notification to the Operator’s e-mail address info@compliance-control.ru with the subject “Personal data update”.
6.5. The term for personal data processing is unlimited. At any time, the User may revoke his/her consent to the personal data processing by sending a notification to the Operator via e-mail to the Operator’s e-mail address info@compliance-control.ru with the subject “Revocation of consent to the personal data processing”.
7. Final provisions
7.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy without the User's consent.
7.2. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest relating to his/her personal data processing by contacting the Operator via e-mail info@compliance-control.ru.
7.3. This document will reflect any changes in the Operator's personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until replaced with a new version.
